Free peer-support for anyone navigating NICOP, POC renewals, or Pakistani passport applications at the Croydon office. Volunteers who've been through the process accompany first-timers, help fill forms in plain English, and share live wait-time updates. Weekly drop-ins on Saturday mornings. Open to all Pakistani-origin Londoners regardless of immigration status.
